How do Binoksy work? Why don't they have temples?
Binoksy are innovative reading glasses without temples. They stay on your nose thanks to a specially shaped silicone bridge that gently grips the sides of the nose. No temples means nothing presses behind your ears, nothing catches your hair, and you can put them on and take them off in a second. You wear them only when you actually need to read — the rest of the time they rest on your phone or in your pocket.
Which lens power should I choose?
Binoksy are available in several correction powers (+1.0, +1.5, +2.0, +2.5, +3.0). If you're not sure of your power, choose based on your age: around 40–45 years +1.0/+1.5, around 50 years +2.0, 55+ years +2.5/+3.0. If you already use reading glasses, pick the same power. Not sure? Write to us — we'll help you choose.
How do Binoksy attach to a phone? Does the sticker hold well?
The set includes a silicone, self-adhesive pad. You peel off the protective film, stick the pad onto the back of your phone (or its case), and the Binoksy snap onto it magnetically. The pad holds firmly — your Binoksy won't fall off, even when carried in a bag or pocket.
Does the sticker work with a case? What surfaces does it hold on?
The sticker holds best on smooth, rigid surfaces: the glass back panel of the phone, a hard plastic case, glass or metal. On soft silicone cases or textured (matte, rough) surfaces it may hold weaker. If your case is soft, stick the pad directly onto the phone or onto a hard case.
Does the sticker leave marks? Can it be removed?
Yes, the pad is reusable. You can take it off and stick it back on — it leaves no permanent marks. The silicone adhesive is gentle and comes off cleanly. If the surface gets dusty, just rinse the pad with water and the grip returns.
Can I charge my phone wirelessly with the pad attached?
The silicone pad itself is thin and doesn't block inductive charging (Qi, MagSafe), so a phone in a case will charge normally. Just make sure the pad isn't placed exactly over the charging coil — if you have any issues, move it slightly to the side.
Won't Binoksy fall off the phone in a bag or pocket?
No. The silicone sticker holds the Binoksy securely enough that they won't come loose in a bag, backpack or pocket. It's a strong, stable grip — but you can still detach them with a single light pull whenever you need to read.
How do I clean the lenses and the pad?
Lenses: wipe with a soft microfiber cloth (included in the set). If needed, you can rinse them with water. Pad: if it loses grip, rinse it with water and let it dry — the adhesive properties come back. Don't use aggressive solvents or alcohol.
How fast will I receive my order and how much is delivery?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery time in Poland is usually 1–2 business days. Delivery via parcel locker or courier — the cost is shown in the cart before you place the order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with: BLIK, card (Visa / Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and fast online transfer. All payments are secured by an encrypted connection.
Can I return Binoksy if they don't suit me?
Yes. You have 30 days to return them with no reason needed (that's more than the law requires — the standard is 14 days). Just send the Binoksy back to us undamaged and we'll refund your money. Returns are simple and hassle-free.
What if I chose the wrong power? Can I exchange it for another?
Yes — exchanging your lens power within 30 days of purchase is free. Write to us at sklep@binoksy.com, tell us which power you need, and we'll send you the right pair. We want you to be able to read comfortably.
Do Binoksy come with a warranty? What if they break?
Yes, Binoksy are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against technical defects (loose hinge, lens defect). If anything goes wrong during normal use, write to us — we'll repair or replace the product.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. In the cart, select the „I want an invoice” option and provide your company details (Tax ID, name, address). We issue the invoice automatically and send it to your email. No problem with accounting for the purchase as a business expense.
Are Binoksy suitable for working at a computer?
Yes — many of our customers use Binoksy for working at a screen. We recommend a power of +1.0 to +2.0 for computer work (a screen sits a bit further away than a book). Binoksy are light and don't press behind the ears, so you can wear them comfortably for hours.
How are Binoksy different from classic reading glasses?
The main differences:
- No temples — Binoksy stay on your nose thanks to a silicone bridge, nothing presses behind your ears.
- Always at hand — they stick to your phone, so you never lose them.
- Put on in a second — you wear them only when you read.
- Compact — they take up far less space than regular glasses.
Are Binoksy for women and men? Which colours can I choose?
Binoksy are universal — they suit both women and men. The classic, discreet shape works with any style. You can choose from several frame colours (or case colours in the frameless version): blue, black, purple, grey, red.
Do you have a physical store? Where can I see Binoksy in person?
Currently we sell Binoksy online only, directly from the manufacturer. Thanks to this the price is lower than in stationary stores — there's no retail margin. And you have 30 days to return them, so you can test the Binoksy at home with no risk.
Can I wear Binoksy with a face mask?
Yes — this is one of the main advantages of Binoksy compared with classic glasses. No temples means nothing collides with the mask straps behind your ears. You put the Binoksy on your nose, the mask stays on your ears — they don't get in each other's way.
What if I lose the silicone sticker? Can I buy more?
Yes — you can order additional silicone pads from us by email at sklep@binoksy.com. We'll send them at a symbolic price. But one pad usually lasts a very long time — it's reusable and washable.
