Yes — you have 30 days to return them, no questions asked. Just pack your Binoksy back up and send them to our address. We refund the full amount within 3 working days of receiving the package. Swapping powers (e.g. +1.5 to +2.0) is free — we cover the cost of the second shipment.

Clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth (included). Wash the silicone nose pads once a week with lukewarm soapy water and dry them. Avoid acetone, alcohol and chemicals. Don't leave them in a car in the sun (above 60°C the silicone may warp). Replace the silicone phone sticker every 6–12 months (spares available in our store).

The sticker holds for 6–12 months with normal use. After removal it leaves no adhesive residue — we use reusable silicone (like a Nano-pad). If you peel it off and stick it somewhere else, it'll hold there too. It works on a case and directly on the housing (we recommend a case — easier to replace). We don't recommend it on genuine leather cases.

Calm walking, reading, working at a desk — yes. Running and cycling — we don't recommend it, because Binoksy can slip off with sudden head movements. These are reading glasses, not sports gear. If you're planning physical activity — put them in the case.
